Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipping will be an additional 3-5 days depending on your location. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they are placed. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package appears to be lost, you will need to file a claim with the post office. International shipping is unavailable at this time.
Store Pick-Up Policy
All orders are processed within 1-2 hours and can be picked up during our hours of operation. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they are placed. There is no additional charges for store pick-up. Store pick-up payments take 2-3 days to process. After the processing time then a refund, for STORE CREDIT ONLY, will be issued. Refunds FOR STORE CREDIT are only eligible if returned within 14 days after receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand you may need to return your item(s). Refunds FOR STORE CREDIT are only eligible if returned within 14 days after receipt of your order. Returns received after this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please email jax@brigchic.com referencing your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Please allow 5 days for your return to be processed once we receive your return. STORE CREDIT ONLY.
